about Mill Upholstery

We can undertake any re-upholstery project from antique restoration to the more modern soft furnishing.

From dining chairs to chaise-longues, we use all the traditional methods of upholstery, including deep-buttoning, hand sewing, and many different forms of trimmings including braiding, cording, and individual hand studding.

For the more modern furnishings, we can and do in many cases take a customers own designs and style of suite, have our exceptional frame maker, design and build the frame and we then upholster to the customers own specifications in their choice of fabric.

We supply many different fabrics which include:

Draylon, Chenille, Flatweave, Jacquard Baucle, Buckskin, Tweeds, Tapestry and many others including the more traditional leather.  These are supplied from only the best sources such as Crowson, Monkwell, Cover-Tex, J Brown, Sherwood, Singleton, Voyage, Romo and Ross.
